PIPING ENGINEERING AND DESIGN

• Piping Engineering and Design – Piping Engineers and Designers experienced with FEED & Detailing Engineering projects-able to cover most piping specialties (equipment layout, piping design, stress analysis, pipe specification, special parts).
• Piping Field and Construction Engineering, Design Review, and As-Built Isometrics – Field walk downs, verification of piping systems and pipe supports as per IFC requirements. Identify design errors or sources of future problems. Field measurements to produce as-built isometrics and piping layouts.
• Pipe Stress Analysis (Static and Dynamic) –  Code Qualify pipe and equipment  per requirements of applicable codes, (ASME, API, ANSI) – Static and Dynamic analysis for multiple loads cases and flow conditions.
• FEA Analysis  – Finite Element Analysis for more accurate results from complex systems.  FEA can be used on Pipe, Pipe/Vessel Supports, Nozzles, Hydraulic Pressure Control Systems.
• Pipe Support and Standard Detail Design (FEA Validated loads – PE Stamped) – provide a full set of pipe supports standard with allowable loads, fabrication details and installation instructions for an easy application.  Special custom supports can be design and detailed to fit client’s needs. Support Details provided are FEA validated and PE Stamped.
